In this group, we integrate mindfulness, somatic exploration, self-inquiry, and interpersonal practices in a safe, supportive environment. Drawing on Buddhist teachings, Somatic Experiencing techniques, and the latest relational models, this group is an invitation to explore how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world, how we get stuck, and how we can move toward greater connection and freedom. Each weekly session includes group check-ins, meditation, reflection and discussion on the week’s theme, and small-group relational practices.  

Note: While this group is designed to be interactive and members are encouraged to actively participate, no one is ever pressured to go beyond their comfort level and may “pass” on any exercise at any time. To keep the process as safe and comfortable as possible for all involved, we ask all participants to adhere to our community agreements of mutual respect and confidentiality.
